# Enterprise
Commercial modules: SSO with directory sync, MFA and sudo, record locks, agent orchestrator and status overlays.
Use when a production app needs SSO, multi-factor auth or record locking and the company holds an Open Mercato Enterprise subscription.
When not to use it: Not open source: the license is per project, with tiers set by company revenue.

## Compatibility
| Line | Module | Status | Since | Receipt | In isolation (empty preset) |

Built for 0.8 and 0.9 (peers of 0.8.0 and 0.9.0). A declaration, not a test.

## What it adds (read statically from the published code)
Anatomy not published. Commercial license.

## Install plan (0.9)
1. echo OM_ENABLE_ENTERPRISE_MODULES=true >> .env
   - A new app already has @open-mercato/enterprise. Its modules stay off until .env turns them on, and production use needs the license. OM_ENABLE_ENTERPRISE_MODULES=true turns on record_locks and system_status_overlays.
   - For sso, security or agent_orchestrator, also set OM_ENABLE_ENTERPRISE_MODULES_SSO=true, OM_ENABLE_ENTERPRISE_MODULES_SECURITY=true or OM_ENABLE_ENTERPRISE_MODULES_AGENTS=true.
2. yarn generate
3. yarn db:migrate (ask the user first)

Agent policy (0.9): ask. Not installed by the catalog: commercial license. License: enterprise (SEE LICENSE IN LICENSE.md).
Consent: the user types "Install @open-mercato/enterprise@0.9.0".

# Open Mercato Enterprise Subscription

The commercial layer of Open Mercato — proprietary enterprise modules plus certification, review, and operational support that take AI-built CRM/ERP systems to production. Delivered as the `@open-mercato/enterprise` package.

## The Problem We Solve

Enterprise clients do not accept production risk.

Open-source or AI-generated systems without certification create concrete concerns around:
- security
- maintainability
- compliance
- long-term support

In serious enterprise environments, "let's deploy and see what happens" is not acceptable.

## Our Position

Uncertified Open Mercato deployments should not go to production.

Production requires:
- enterprise license
- architecture/security audit
- production approval

This is a production requirement.

## The Solution

The Enterprise Subscription answers this directly: run verified builds of Open Mercato on Open Mercato's infrastructure, develop and edit them in the cloud, and let Open Mercato's tooling certify them for production. One subscription bundles the proprietary enterprise modules, the certification path (architecture audit, security / performance / custom-code reviews, homologation), and operational support. It is governed by the Open Mercato Enterprise License Agreement.

## Licensing Model

- **Per project, not per seat.** Charged per Open Mercato project / monorepo, never per developer or end user.
- **Unlimited seats.** No limit on users or servers within a given system.
- **Revenue-based tiers.** The applicable tier is determined by the Licensee's annual revenue, verified against public registry data (e.g. KRS).
- **Usage verification ("Phone Home").** On-premise deployments report aggregate usage counts for transparent billing verification, without Open Mercato needing standing access to your repository.

A *project* is a single business domain / department / goal-oriented deployment of Open Mercato — not limited to a single physical instance (a multi-server deployment can be one project).

## Subscription Tiers

Three tiers scale the level of service with company size. Every tier includes the full Enterprise Software Package and unlimited seats. Commercial terms are provided on request.
